Stocks that are outperforming tend to continue to outperform. Stocks that have a low Stocktwits following are, by definition, undiscovered by the crowd. Stocks that have both Relative Strength and Low Stocktwits Following can really outperform as more investors discover them.
They are ripe to rip.
Markets were mixed. The Russell 2000 rallied +1.02%. The Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite inched lower.
Energy dipped -1.59%. Utilities tumbled -0.62%. Basic materials and financials barely finished positive.
New 52-Week Highs led New Lows — 269 vs. 9.
THE BEST OF THE BEST
NBT Bancorp ($NBTB) is the Best of the Best. The New York-based regional bank ripped +8.11% following its Q2 earnings report.
$NBTB closed at an all-time high.

United Parcel Service ($UPS) is the Worst of the Worst. The package delivery company dumped -12% following its Q2 earnings report.
$UPS closed at its lowest price since July 2020.
